PAIN POINTS

-
Users experienced long loading time or outages on the mobile app.

-
Users wish to be able to use the app's functions (i.e., redeem coupons, submit insurance claims) while offline.

SOLUTIONS

-
Re-platformed the frontend UI developments with a modern framework (ReactNative) for faster loading time.
